Your day will consistof connecting with prospective clients to discover and meettheir needs, resolve their questions, and ultimately guide themthrough the auto and home insurance comparison andpurchasing process (think, the Yoda of insurance). Tobe successful in this role, you should have the gift ofgab and be able to earn our clients’ trust, and overcomeprospect’s hesitations with the goal of making them aG&G client.
Ultimately, you willhelp build and maintain our reputation as a company thatoffers top-notch client experiences during the insuranceprocess.

What you’ll do…
Efficiently sellhome, auto, boat, life, etc insurance policies via phone,email, text, and chat Analyzecustomers' insurance needs based on a needs discoveryconversation Leverage technologyto quote insurance coverage with multiple companies to findclients the best fit for their needs Clearly explaininsurance proposals to clients leveraging a consultative andempathetic approach Identify andcapitalize on up-sell and cross-sell opportunities May conduct fieldvisits as necessary Work effectively ina collaborative team environment

Competitive basesalary plus uncapped monthly bonus - $35k base salary 1st year earningsaverage $51k - $60k 2nd year seeaverage $60k - $70k Years 3+ hitting$75k+ with opportunity for over 10% raise based onperformance
