What you’ll do

Efficiently sell home, auto, boat, life, etc insurance policies via phone, email, text, and chat

Analyze customers' insurance needs based on a needs discovery conversation

Leverage technology to quote insurance coverage with multiple companies to find clients the best fit for their needs

Clearly explain insurance proposals to clients leveraging a consultative and empathetic approach

Identify and capitalize on up-sell and cross-sell opportunities

May conduct field visits as necessary

Work effectively in a collaborative team environment

Requirements

A fast‑learner who is meticulous, diligent, and proud about your work

Able to build rapport with several new people each day

Qualifications

Excellent communication skills: written, verbal and listening

Insurance experience is not required, we will reimburse licensing fees (license required before start date) and provide extensive training so you become an insurance sales expert!

High School Degree or relevant work experience

0‑2 years of relevant work experience

Ability to multitask, strong computer, analytical, decision‑making, time‑management, and organizational skills

1st year earnings average $51k - $60k

2nd year see average $60k - $70k

Years 3+ hitting $75k+ with opportunity for over 10% raise based on performance
