Location: Cadogan Clinic, Sloane Street, Chelsea, London

Contract: Permanent, Full-time (40 hours per week)

Salary: From £28,000 per year

The Opportunity We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Theatre Bookings Executive to join our dedicated administrative team. This pivotal role supports the smooth, efficient, and economical operation of theatre booking processes, working closely with consultants, anaesthetists, and patients throughout the surgical journey.

You will be responsible for intelligent scheduling, forward planning, and accurate coordination of theatre lists, using booking data to support capacity forecasting and maximise theatre utilisation. Working closely with the Theatre Manager and clinical teams, you will help identify upcoming demand, support effective resource planning, and ensure an exceptional patient experience from initial booking through to procedure completion.

This role is well suited to someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, patient‑focused environment and brings a proactive, detail‑oriented, and analytical approach to theatre coordination.

What You’ll Bring Essential

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organisational skills with a meticulous eye for detail

Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and competing demands

Confident, professional, and calm under pressure

Proactive approach to problem‑solving and continuous improvement

Strong IT skills with high accuracy in data handling, scheduling, and reporting

Ability to analyse booking data to support forecasting, capacity planning, and utilisation management

Desirable

Experience working in a healthcare or theatre administration environment

Familiarity with theatre scheduling systems or patient management systems

Understanding of medical terminology and theatre workflows

Experience handling financial transactions and patient billing

Experience contributing to operational planning, forecasting, or performance reporting in a clinical or service‑based environment
