About Leads4You Leads4You is a B2B lead generation agency specializing in cold email outreach. We work with 13+ clients across various industries, generating high-quality leads through strategic email campaigns. We're looking for an exceptional operations manager to join our team and take ownership of our day-to-day operations.

The Role You'll be the operational backbone of Leads4You, managing everything from campaign execution to client communication. This is a hands-on role where you'll directly impact campaign performance and client success. You'll work independently, make decisions without constant oversight, and continuously improve our systems and processes.

Your Key Responsibilities

Build Lead Lists– Source and build targeted prospect lists using tools like Apollo, Clay, Instant Data Scraper, D7 Lead Finder, and Apify

Manage Campaigns– Monitor all active campaigns, ensure they run smoothly, and optimize performance based on metrics and client feedback

Manage Email Accounts– Maintain email account health, monitor deliverability, and ensure we maintain strong sender reputation across all accounts

Client Communication– Handle all client communication via Slack and email, providing updates, addressing concerns, and ensuring client satisfaction

Create Sales Assets– Develop high-quality sales materials and assets for both our clients and internal use

Optimize Systems– Continuously identify inefficiencies in our processes and implement improvements to make our operations more organized and scalable

What We're Looking For

At least 1 year of hands-on experience with lead generation and/or cold email campaigns (managing campaigns, building lists, optimizing sequences)

Excellent English– Both written and spoken. You'll be communicating with clients daily, so clear communication is non-negotiable

Strong business and social communication skills– You understand how to talk to clients professionally and build relationships

Extremely organized– You thrive in managing multiple campaigns and clients simultaneously without dropping the ball

Highly ambitious and motivated– You take ownership, solve problems independently, and are excited about growing with us

Timezone: Must be available to work 9 AM - 5 PM EST, Monday-Friday

Location: Even though it's remote, we're only looking for candidates from Eastern Europe, Latin America, and Central America

Base Salary: $2,000-2,500/month (based on experience and expertise)

Performance Bonus: Up to $500/month for exceptional results in client satisfaction, campaign optimization, and operational excellence

Work Environment: Remote, flexible, independent
