What is Required (Qualifications)
4+ years of direct HR/People experience, preferably in a high‑growth tech environment
BA (or higher) degree in HR or a related field
Strong passion for data‑driven decision‑making
Knowledge of HR പൂര് best practices
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment

Experience in a startup or technology‑focused company
A scrappy mindset with a willingness to tackle tasks of any size
