
The Customer Service Representative plays a vital role in delivering a seamless and high-quality customer experience across the full order lifecycle—from initial inquiry through delivery, repair, and final support. This role supports both external customers and internal operations by managing order entry, product inquiries, availability, pricing, delivery coordination, calibration services, and returns.

Provide clear guidance on product selection, configuration, options, warranties, repairs, delivery timelines, pricing, and credit options.
Respond to incoming customer inquiries in a timely, thorough, and professional manner.
Apply sound judgment to balance customer needs with company policies, supporting both customer satisfaction and business objectives.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer account information within the SAP ERP system.
