Take a lead role in acquiring, managing, and retaining meaningful relationships that deliver outstanding experiences to our customers. Job Summary As a Performance Analyst within the Performance and Risk Analytics Team, you will provide analysis of portfolio performance for our institutional clients, including investment managers and superannuation funds. Your role involves performance measurement, attribution, risk analysis, and value-added services such as portfolio optimization and manager analysis. You will be part of the Investment Information Services within J.P. Morgan's Investor Services arm. Job Responsibilities Deliver performance reports, including attribution, contribution, risk, and other analyses, accurately and timely to clients. Coordinate with offshore teams to ensure timely report preparation. Understand the performance methodology used in our systems; relevant experience is advantageous. Review and update client procedures for efficient month-end processes with proper controls. Maintain client relationships through query management and regular interactions. Participate in ad-hoc projects and standardized functions as required. Collaborate effectively with team members and other departments. Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills Ensure accurate and timely completion of client activities, adhering to policies and controls. Develop efficient workflows, lead and support staff through training and management. Identify training needs and maintain team skill sets; manage client relationships proactively. Promote a culture of empowered decision-making and internal controls. Demonstrate technical knowledge of investment instruments and their impact on portfolios.
