Customer Support Representative

A manufacturing company is offering an immediate full-time opportunity for a Customer Support Representative who will act as the liaison between the customer and company's operations team. Work hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Job Responsibilities: Process quotes on a daily basis, handle pricing, quote repair orders to the customers, and make necessary calls for any special requests as needed Email completed quotes to customers for approval and update the ERP System and file quote approvals when received Process warranty paperwork and teardowns as per company policy Ship and Invoice, open work orders, and answer incoming calls as needed Expedite requests, refer to the Production Manager accordingly, and take care of requests as needed by the customer Inform the manager of any issues or concerns that may be in the best interest of the company and/or the customer Use email to send or receive quotes and customers correspondence Perform other tasks assigned
