Customer Service Representative
Sirius Staffing is seeking multiple Customer Service Representatives to support the daily billing operations for large industrial and commercial customers in Little Rock, AR. Remote: Monday & Friday On-site: TuesdayThursday Pay Rate: $19.70/hour This role is responsible for customer account maintenance, resolving billing concerns, and ensuring accurate billing, payment processing, and credit and collection activities. The position requires frequent collaboration with cross-functional teams and participation in ongoing process improvement initiatives. Responsibilities: Respond to customer inquiries regarding accounts, billing, products, and services via phone, email, or in person. Investigate and resolve customer billing issues, disputes, and service concerns. Research customer accounts and meter data, document findings, and ensure accurate and timely resolution. Generate and distribute billing for an assigned portfolio of accounts. Maintain quality control processes, identify data inconsistencies, and report issues as needed. Track, measure, and report daily operational metrics and controls. Document processes using standardized organizational methodologies. Provide daily account analysis and assist with resolving complex or technical issues. Perform quarterly audit testing following defined protocols and maintain records for compliance and data integrity. Coordinate with internal departments to meet customer service needs and resolve escalated issues. Support new automations and programs by participating in requirements definition, testing, and process recommendations. Assist team members with workload as capacity allows. Provide informal guidance to peers and clearly explain procedures and information when needed. Requirements: Associates degree in a technical or business-related field and 02 years of related experience (customer service, data entry, account management, etc.), OR In lieu of a degree, a minimum of 2+ years of relevant work experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Strong analytical skills with the ability to manage multiple assignments. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to independently research, analyze, and resolve straightforward problems. Ability to follow established guidelines, policies, and procedures.
