Role Overview We are looking for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our Lara team. The role is available as permanent part‑time and casual. The CSR is the face of Bowser Bean and represents our brand.
Key Responsibilities
Serve customers with a positive can‑do attitude
Make barista coffee
Prepare our high‑quality food products for sale
Ensure our store is clean and presentable
Carry out other duties as instructed by management
Qualifications & Experience
Proactive and self‑motivated
Ability to multi‑task and manage competing priorities
Take pride in your work
Bring a smile to customers and team members
Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is advantageous
