The Role - Customer Service Representative (CSR) As a CSR, you’ll be the face of Bowser Bean. Every smile, every coffee, and every interaction shapes our customers’ day – and you’ll play a key role in making Bowser Bean worth stopping for.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

Making great barista coffee

Preparing fresh, quality food products

Serving customers with energy and positivity

Keeping the store clean, tidy, and welcoming

Supporting the team with other tasks as required

Who We’re Looking For We’re after enthusiastic, proactive team players who love working with people and bringing a smile to someone’s day. They can juggle multiple tasks with confidence, take pride in their work and presentation, and have experience in customer service or hospitality (a bonus, but not essential!).
