Role We are currently searching for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The CSR is the face of Bowser Bean and is responsible for providing exceptional customer service, preparing food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.
Responsibilities
Serving customers with a positive can‑do attitude
Making barista coffee
Preparing quality food products for sale
Ensuring the store is clean and presentable
Other duties as instructed by management
Qualifications
Proactive and self‑motivated
Excel at multi‑tasking
Take pride in work quality
Bring a smile to customers and team members
Previous experience in customer service or hospitality is advantageous
