With our network of more than 80 manufacturing facilities and more than 4,000 employees, were leading the industry with innovation and a safety-first mindset./ppJob Summary/ppThis CSR position will ensure a strong customer experience by responding to inbound calls, qualifying leads, handling transactional inquiries (excluding O.S.R non-transactional inquiries) through to delivery in a timely and professional manner./ppJob Location/ppThis role will be located at our plant in Lakeside, CA./ppJob Responsibilities/ppDevelop a comprehensive understanding of the Oldcastle products, systems and business union contacts to efficiently support customer requests/ppPerform administrative duties for all steps of the departments/ppAnswer incoming customer telephone calls in a courteous and professional manner/ppSupport operations by organizing and implementing administrative systems/ppKeep timely and orderly records such as daily receipts, files, employee records and any other administrative documents/ppRespond to and investigate customer inquiries, concerns, and issues via phone, fax, mail, and email in a timely and courteous manner/ppAdministrative and accounting functions such as filing systems, NOVAtime, reports needed for managers/ppReceive, record, and route customer concerns/changes in appropriate manner/ppAnswer customer inquiries and provides appropriate technical and/or product related information/ppContact customers when necessary to follow up on customer issues or orders/ppObtain customer feedback information/ppEffectively communicate customer issues and concerns to all applicable internal staff members/ppDocument all contacts, actions, and responses in customer database/ppOrganize and maintain the file system; file correspondence and other records/ppMaintain working knowledge of products and/or services/ppPrepare reports and correspondence as needed/ppOther duties may be assigned as needed/ppJob Requirements/ppHigh school diploma / equivalent/pp2+ years related experience/ppExcellent verbal and written communication skills/ppProficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)/ppStrong organizational skills; able to manage priorities and workflow/ppAble to work independently and as a member of various teams/ppVersatile, flexible, and willing to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm/ppAble to perform diversified clerical functions and basic accounting procedures/ppExperience in the construction industry is preferred/ppSalesforce CRM/SAP ERP experience is preferred/ppCompensation/ppThe hourly pay rate is $30-$35/hr/pp5% Annual bonus/pp401(k) plan/group retirement savings program/ppShort-term and long-term disability benefits/ppLife insurance/ppHealth, dental, and vision insurance/ppPaid time off/ppPaid holidays/ppWhat CRH Offers You/ppHighly competitive base pay/ppComprehensive medical, dental and disability benefits programs/ppGroup retirement savings program/ppHealth and wellness programs/ppAn inclusive culture that values opportunity for growth, development, and internal promotion/ppAbout CRH/ppCRH has a long and proud heritage.
