A cutting-edge, tech-forward Private Equity firm is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to support their recruiting efforts and act as an Executive Assistant to the Head of Human Resources. This is an in-office role, five days a week, based in Manhattan. Base pay range: $100,000.00/yr - $135,000.00/yr. Additional compensation: Annual Bonus. Responsibilities
High volume and complex calendar management for the Head of HR and internal recruitment scheduling Greeting candidates onsite and preparing interview rooms and assessments Coordinate with interviewers and recruiters, prepping interviewers before meetings and ensuring all materials are attached to invites Travel coordination and expense reports when necessary Assist with the recruiting process from job postings to pitches, candidate selection, reference checks and onboarding Manage recruiting technologies and systems for the firm Qualifications
3+ years of administrative experience or prior recruiting coordination experience preferred Bachelor’s degree required Finance industry experience preferred Excellent attention to detail Tech-savvy Able to work with discretion and efficiency Salary
$110k-$135k base salary range + bonus eligible and benefits Employment details
