Spot & Solve Problems in Real-Time
– Pinpoint inefficiencies before they escalate, execute solutions, and drive change. Elevate Patient Care
– Set the gold standard for service excellence and patient satisfaction. Lead & Develop a Winning Team
– Mentor, coach, and empower a high-functioning, engaged workforce. Optimize Department Performance

– Ensure the department is staffed with high-caliber professionals. What You Bring to the Table:
3-5 years of recent Director-level leadership in a LARGE, ACUTE CARE Emergency Department. Proven track record
of improving operational efficiency, patient satisfaction, and employee engagement. Steady career progression
with evidence of measurable impact—short stints need not apply. Education & Certifications:
Bachelor’s degree in nursing (Required) Master’s degree in Nursing, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration (Preferred) Active RN license in Florida (or eligible) ACLS, PALS/ENPC, and BLS certifications (Required)
