This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lebanon, NH for a
Customer Service Representative . The role involves providing exceptional customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and delivering an outstanding customer experience for all clients. Day-to-day tasks will include answering client inquiries, coordinating services, managing schedules, and addressing customer needs efficiently and professionally. The representative will also assist with logistics, bookings, and other administrative responsibilities as required to support the organization’s services.
Company Description Granite Air Center, LLC is the region's premier Fixed Base Operator (FBO), located at Lebanon Airport (KLEB) in New Hampshire. The company offers a wide range of world-class FBO services such as refueling, hangar storage, de-icing, aircraft maintenance, and concierge services. Operating 365 days a year from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM with extended hours available upon request, Granite Air Center is dedicated to providing exceptional service to its clients. Its convenient facilities also include rental car services, crew cars for short trips, and shuttle vans for transportation. These offerings cater to the diverse needs of passengers and flight crews alike.
Qualifications
Strong skills in Customer Service and Customer Support
Ability to deliver exceptional Customer Satisfaction and enhance Customer Experience
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
Problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused approach
Proficiency with basic computer systems and software
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, on-site workplace environment
Previous experience in aviation or hospitality is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service are advantageous
Compensation Highly competitive compensation includes a competitive starting salary, annual safety bonus, profit sharing, 401(k) with company match, health, dental, vision, short/long term disability, life insurance, tuition reimbursement, and paid vacation.
