What is the role? Role We are currently searching for a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our Rochester team. We see this role as one of the most important in the business – as it is the CSR who is the face of Bowser Bean and what we represent. The role includes:
Serving customers with a positive can‑do attitude
Making barista coffee
Preparing our quality food products for sale
Ensuring our store is clean and presentable
Other duties as instructed by management
Who are we looking for?
Proactive
Proven ability to multi‑task
Take pride in their work
Can bring a smile to our customers and fellow team members
Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role is advantageous
