About the Role
The Company is in need of a Director of Pharmacy to take the helm of its growing infusion pharmacy. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall leadership of pharmacy operations, including sterile compounding, packaging, labeling, and distribution. This role involves direct supervision of pharmacy staff, ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining quality assurance procedures, and managing facility operations such as scheduling, inventory, and supply chain. The Director of Pharmacy will also be tasked with reviewing vendor contracts, managing gross margin, and leading operational special projects to enhance the patient experience.
Applicants for the Director of Pharmacy position at the company must hold an active California Pharmacist License (RPh or PharmD) and preferably have additional active licenses in multiple states.
