The Law Offices of Davis & VanWagenen is a personal injury law firm seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Paralegal to join our team. This position is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in personal injury law while working in a collaborative and client-focused environment. Key Responsibilities Meet with clients in person, by phone, and via email Communicate with Spanish-speaking clients (verbal and written) Assist attorney with personal injury case preparation Organize, maintain, and manage physical and electronic case files Draft and process correspondence and legal documents Track deadlines and support case timelines Manage multiple tasks while working efficiently under deadlines Collaborate with attorney and staff to ensure smooth case progression Qualifications Spanish speaking preferred (verbal & written) Entry-level candidates encouraged to apply Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Outlook Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to multitask and prioritize workload Professional demeanor with strong communication skills Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work well with others Paid Office holidays On-the-job training Supportive, team-oriented work environment Salary Range: $25.00-$35.00 per hour depending on experience (30 hours per week)
