What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
Process and build all rate load requests for hotels in various systems, including PMS, CRS, GDS, and others
Maintain knowledge of revenue management techniques and participate in revenue strategy calls
Troubleshoot negotiated rate load issues proactively Conduct audits to ensure compliance and accuracy with eCommerce efforts
Assist with creation and distribution of daily, weekly, and month-end channel reporting
What is Required (Qualifications):
High School Diploma
Previous hospitality experience preferred
Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work in a fast-paced environment
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
Availability for 10-20% travel
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Knowledge of technical and managerial applications of Outlook, PMS, CRS, and Microsoft Office
Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technology
Consistent drive for improvement in work processes
