As a Customer Relations Representative with Jenni King, you will generate exceptional customer experiences that reinforce growth of a successful insurance agency. You will resolve customer inquiries, coordinate with agency team members, and anticipate community needs. We anticipate internal growth for driven, sales‑minded candidates. RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage customer inquiries and resolve issues. Maintain customer records and update information as needed. Assist with customer retention strategies. Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. QUALIFICATIONS
Communication and problem-solving skills. Experience in customer service preferred. Ability to handle high-stress situations calmly. Compensation: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year. State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees. State Farm agents/employees are not employees of State Farm. Agents are responsible for and make all employment decisions regarding their employees.
