About the Board
YEAH!’s Board of Directors is composed of volunteers, parents, and community advocates from Middle Tennessee and beyond who share a commitment to youth empowerment and creative access. Board members play a vital role in shaping the organization’s direction, sustainability, and impact.
We prioritize collaboration over competition and foster environments where youth can explore their identities, build community, and grow through music. YEAH! actively engages underrepresented populations and seeks board candidates who reflect and champion the communities we serve.
