Chief Sales Officer New York (Hybrid)

$300K - $500k + (Top of the Market Comp Package for the Top Candidates on the Market)

A national skilled nursing group is seeking a Chief Sales Officer to lead enterprise-wide census strategy, oversee national sales execution, and drive growth through hospital systems, partnerships, and scalable infrastructure. This role reports directly to ownership and is responsible for designing and leading a high-performing, metrics-driven sales organization across a large, multi-region SNF portfolio.

This is a highly strategic and operationally involved role for an executive who can both build the big picture and ensure disciplined execution in the field. The organization is committed to attracting top talent and will offer uncapped, top-of-market compensation for the right leader.

Key Responsibilities:

Own and drive national sales and census strategy across all markets

Develop high-level hospital and health system partnerships to support census growth

Design and scale national sales structure, tools, KPIs, and performance systems

Lead, mentor, and hold accountable a multi-layered sales leadership team

Partner with operations, clinical, and executive leadership to align business objectives

Use data to drive decisions, monitor progress, and ensure consistent execution

Represent the company with strategic external partners and industry stakeholders

Required Qualifications:

Executive-level experience leading sales and growth for a large SNF or post-acute portfolio (REQUIRED)

Proven success driving census and market expansion through referral and hospital networks

Deep understanding of the skilled nursing space, market dynamics, and sales levers

Experience designing and scaling high-performance sales organizations

Strong data orientation and comfort managing by KPIs and business outcomes

Leadership presence and the ability to influence across the organization

Must be able to work from the New York office at least 2 weeks per month
