The Company is seeking an Executive Director for Compliance and Risk Management. The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and maintaining a culture of compliance and integrity, collaborating with senior leadership and stakeholders, and serving as a resource and advisor on compliance and enterprise risk management matters. The Executive Director will also be involved in policy and procedure development and revision, and must have a strong commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion.

Applicants for the Executive Director position at the company should have a Master's degree in a relevant field, with a JD being preferred, and a minimum of 3 years' of compliance or regulatory experience.
