Responsibilities
Graduate from Dream Team Agent Launch
Execute Dream Team lead generation systems weekly
Conduct 4 open houses monthly
Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
Participate in team activities per team standards
Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching sessions, trainings, and Partner Calls
Consult with sellers, convert to listings, and market homes
Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging, and listing services
Negotiate offers on behalf of sellers
Track activities and clients using Dream Team technology
Comply with laws and regulations governing real estate agents in North and South Carolina
Qualifications We seek someone enthusiastic about contributing to a growing team, with a strong sense of urgency and high achievement habits. Candidates should be committed to client-first service, integrity, and building long-term relationships. Licensed agents or those committed to obtaining licenses in North and South Carolina are preferred, along with a passion for delivering a 5-star client experience.
