Role Description This full‑time hybrid role involves engaging in real estate transactions, maintaining client relationships, and providing expert guidance on property investments. Daily tasks include property showings, market research, negotiation, and contract preparation.

Qualifications

Experience in commercial real estate and real estate transactions

Valid real estate license

Background in brokerage and sales

Strong negotiation and communication skills

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Familiarity with Virginia commercial real estate market is a plus

Bachelor’s degree in business, real estate, finance, or related field preferred
