Overview
LHH is seeking a full-time Corporate / Commercial Real Estate Legal Assistant
to sit in our client's office in Nashville, TN. This is a fully on-site position. Salary DOE but in the $80,000 range.
Responsibilities
Draft Leasing, Loan and Other Real Estate Documents
Coordinate Real Estate Transactions in Multiple States
Order Title Searches, Surveys, Zoning Letters and Other Due Diligence Items
Title and Survey Review
Assist with Due Diligence Review
Identify and Clarify Title Issues with Title Underwriters
Assemble and Organize Closing Documents in Preparation for Closings
Review and Analysis of Purchase and Sale Agreements
Prepare and Manage Critical Deadlines and Due Diligence Checklists
Assist at Closings, Including Notarization and Review of Documents
Oversee and Complete Post-Closing Requirements, Including Disbursement of Funds
Recording of Documents
Preparation and Distribution of Closing Transcripts
Qualifications
Candidate needs to understand the flow of a commercial real estate deal and have survey review and due diligence experience
Software/CMS: Mac based, Microsoft Office, and Litify (for billing)
Billable Hours: No requirement but will be billing time
