Arrange travel itineraries for employees and business travelers, ensuring their safety and security
Manage client communications and resolve complaints in a timely manner
Conduct market research to understand client needs and support marketing efforts
Ensure compliance with company travel policies for clients from Toyota Motor Corporation
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong relationships with clients
Qualifications (What is Required)
Degree from a Junior College or higher, with experience in travel agency or client service
Fluency in English and Japanese, with strong communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) and travel reservation systems
Ability to handle multiple tasks and adapt to changing environments
Willingness to work overtime or on weekends/holidays as needed
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with Japanese client service customs to enhance client interactions
Previous experience in sales or marketing within the travel industry
Strong analytical skills for effective problem-solving and project management
Demonstrated ability to create promotional materials and conduct market research
Experience attending and participating in travel seminars and training
