Responsibilities
Detect and resolve internal and external theft incidents.
Be the primary contact for safety and security issues in stores within the area of responsibility.
Tour stores daily, identifying deficiencies and executing corrective action as necessary.
Maintain awareness of high risk areas in order to reduce or control merchandise losses.
Review shrink best practices and assist in executing shrink reduction strategy drivers on store visits; check areas such as rotation, backroom organization and other follow up areas assigned by supervision.
Review shrink reports and assist in reacting to issues and opportunities seen in assigned stores.
Qualifications
High School Diploma
Driver's License & transportation required - travel throughout multiple stores in a District and/or Region required
Up to one year of related experience
Knowledge of criminal laws applicable to various state and local jurisdictions
Maintain strict confidentiality of all investigation related information
Basic MS Office skills
