Overview
NT-ware USA Inc. is seeking a motivated and experienced Business Developer (Business Development Consultant) to join our team. The successful candidate will identify and develop new business opportunities, build and maintain strong client relationships, and drive sales growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for innovation and a proven track record in business development.
This is a full-time position. Location is preferred within the Central, Mountain, or Western US. The work arrangement is primarily virtual with a home office; travel balance is approximately 40/60. The office is open 5 days a week, but reporting to the office is not required unless there is a specific business need.
Responsibilities
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand NT-ware’s market presence
Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and company goals
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
Cooperate with marketing and product development teams to create effective sales strategies
Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients
Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
Qualifications & Skills
Demonstrated track record of success in sales or business development
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills
Ability to analyze the semiconductor business environment and forecast opportunities short and long term
Ability to derive and communicate sales objectives and strategy to meet/exceed targets
Aptitude to navigate through a complex and dynamic selling environment
Additional requirements: This position works remotely from a home office and requires overnight travel. A valid state driver’s license and acceptable driving record are necessary to perform company business. The role involves driving as an essential function and must comply with company safety guidelines and policies.
Compensation & Benefits Salary range: $90,000 – $110,000 base salary.

Based in Bad Iburg, Germany, NT-ware provides a full range of soft- and hardware solutions to manage and control printing and copying processes, including printer and copy management, secure printing, and production printing features. The main product, uniFLOW Output Manager, is supported by a strategic partnership with Canon Inc. This position, based in Melville, NY, supports the US client base.
