As a key team member, you will optimize database performance, enforce security protocols, support disaster recovery efforts, and collaborate with internal teams to align database strategies with organizational objectives. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues within the database environment. Guide leadership on emerging technologies and industry trends. Document database systems, policies, and processes for internal use. Required Expertise Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent, with 6+ years of relevant experience. Advanced knowledge of PostgreSQL
Development
in enterprise environments. Proficiency in Linux server administration related to database management. Experience in designing scalable, high-availability systems. Strong ability to analyze and resolve technical challenges. Proven capability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across teams. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal. Preferred Skills Experience with POS systems. Familiarity with cloud-based and on-premises database solutions. Knowledge of systems monitoring tools in large-scale environments.
