The Talent We Seek:
We’re seeking a skilled Architectural Job Captain—someone ready to take ownership of project coordination and design execution. You thrive on transforming concepts into detailed construction documents while collaborating closely with design teams, consultants, and clients. If you’re proactive, detail-oriented, creative, and capable of managing multiple project phases, you’ll excel here. Your experience, ideas, and leadership will directly shape the success of our projects, helping drive exceptional outcomes. Our team works with top Fortune 500 clients across multiple industries nationwide, contributing to all phases of projects—from conceptual design and production of construction documents, specifications, and detailed drawings, to client engagement, marketing support, contractual management, and construction administration. Team members participate in site evaluations, stay current with building codes and zoning regulations, oversee reviews and approvals, and ensure quality control across all deliverables. Qualifications:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from an accredited program Architectural registration preferred or in progress High proficiency in Revit and/or AutoCAD for production and documentation Experience in construction document preparation and field observation Working knowledge of building codes, standards and building structures Specific work experience in Retail, Healthcare and Education design is a plus Authorized to work in the U.S. Minimum of 5 years of professional architectural experience Working At MMA:

As an Architectural Job Captain, your responsibilities will include: Working with top Fortune 500 companies in the financial, retail, and healthcare sectors throughout the U.S. Local and national travel for site evaluation and surveys Production of design and construction documents, specifications, and detail drawings Client interaction, marketing, contractual engagement, and participation in design and production meetings Familiarization with building codes and zoning regulations Oversight of building department reviews and approvals Active involvement in construction administration services Collaborating with the team for quality control and assurance of drawings and specifications Our Work Culture:
