Expected salary for this position is $35,000 annually plus commission. Responsibilities Include: Develop and maintain relationships within the Long Island community, specifically with the real estate community. Meet or exceed sales goals by networking with centers of influence and identifying potential members in need of mortgage financing; Communicate mortgage programs, processes and guidelines to prospective clients. Work with members to structure a mortgage loan that meets their needs. Work on projects as required, assisting managers in setting strategies for sales originations to increase loan production and profit. Attend networking events on behalf of FourLeaf in coordination with business development within the corporate and charitable community that include breakfasts, lunches, dinners, galas and special events to build networking and prospecting opportunities. Comply with all aspects of Bank Secrecy Act (BSA)/Anti-Money Laundering (AML), CFPB, and Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC) regulatory requirements as it relates to this position. Qualifications
