Responsibilities
Successfully complete the PLACE New Agent Launch program Work closely with sales agents to guide clients through property showings Provide detailed, written feedback to refine and adjust clients’ home search criteria Prepare and negotiate purchase offers on behalf of sales agents and their clients Allocate a minimum of 10 hours per week to lead generation activities Participate in weekly script rehearsals following team protocols Take an active role in team events and initiatives as required Engage in weekly one-on-one coaching, continuous training, and Partner Calls Keep precise records of all tasks and activities using PLACE Technology platforms
