A leading full-service law firm is seeking a
Real Estate Associate
with
3–6 years of experience
to join its
commercial real estate practice . The successful candidate will have a strong foundation in real estate transactions, including acquisitions, dispositions, financing, joint ventures, and development. The role offers the opportunity to work on high-profile matters in a collaborative and fast-paced environment with significant client interaction and responsibility. Location: Duties: Represent clients in complex commercial real estate transactions Draft and negotiate key transaction documents, including: Purchase and sale agreements Joint venture agreements Development agreements Conduct due diligence, review titles and surveys, and coordinate closings Collaborate with clients and internal teams throughout all transaction phases Take on substantial project responsibilities and contribute to strategic planning Requirements: 3–6 years of experience in commercial real estate law Background in acquisitions, dispositions, finance, joint ventures, and development Ability to manage projects independently within a team environment Experience in a large law firm setting preferred Thrives in a fast-paced, high-volume practice Education: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school Strong academic credentials Certifications: Admission to the California Bar In good standing with relevant licensing authorities Skills: Superior drafting and negotiation skills Detail-oriented with strong time management Proactive, collaborative, and client-focused Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently Benefits: Discretionary annual bonus Health insurance with optional HSA Short-term and long-term disability insurance Dental, vision, and life insurance Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA) for healthcare and dependent care 401(k) retirement plan Paid vacation, sick leave, and holidays Employee assistance program (EAP) Voluntary benefits including accident, life, disability, long-term care, critical illness, cancer, and pet insurance Transit and commuter programs (where applicable) Note:
