Hudson Truck Leasingis seeking aCommercial Truck Leasing Specialistto lead and manage our leasing operations. Operating in collaboration withHudson County Motors, a premier commercial truck dealership serving New Jersey and New York for over 75 years, Hudson Truck Leasing offers specialized leasing solutions that complement the dealership’s full-service sales and service operations. Although a distinct entity, Hudson Truck Leasing is fully integrated within the Hudson County Motors facility. This unique synergy provides the Fleet Leasing Manager with direct access to dealership resources, a high-volume customer base, and a dynamic team environment, while leading the leasing department independently. This is a hands-on role managing all of leasing operations—a great opportunity for someone ready to grow a leasing department within a well-established commercial truck network. Key Responsibilities: Manage all day-to-day leasing operations for Hudson Truck Leasing. Develop and structure lease agreements that meet customer and business needs. Coordinate with Hudson County Motors’ sales, service, and finance teams to ensure a seamless lease process. Maintain accurate lease documentation, including renewals and vehicle returns. Oversee fleet inventory management and vehicle procurement. Cultivate long-term relationships with leasing clients. Ensure compliance with leasing regulations and internal company policies. Provide reporting and insights on leasing performance and fleet utilization. Qualifications: Proven experience in truck leasing/fleet operations a MUST. Strong understanding of lease agreements, logistics, and asset coordination. Ability to manage a department independently while collaborating across teams. Excellent organizational, communication, and customer service skills. Proficient in leasing management platforms and Microsoft Office. Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
