Overview
We’re looking for a Client-Focused Account Manager to join our team. In this role, you’ll build strong relationships with clients, ensure their satisfaction and retention, and uncover opportunities to grow accounts. You’ll act as a trusted advisor, connecting business goals with technology solutions while advocating for your clients internally. Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients (non-support). Build long-term client relationships and ensure high satisfaction. Lead Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and present service performance. Collaborate with technical leaders on IT roadmaps and budget planning. Identify and manage upsell/cross-sell opportunities. Track contracts, renewals, and licensing. Maintain accurate CRM records and client documentation. Benefits

Full-Time/Regular Qualifications
3–5+ years in account management, client success, or similar role. Experience in IT services, MSP, SaaS, or telecom preferred. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive. CRM and Microsoft 365 proficiency. Additional Guidelines
18 years of age or older. Able to provide proof of US Person Status Willing to submit to a drug screen Willing to submit to a background check Job Location
