Survey Crew Chief

construction and design firm

specializing in custom homes is currently available as a

full-time permanent

position in the

Nashville, TN

area for a

Survey Crew Chief . This role would receive a generous base salary

including OT,

and an outstanding benefits package (that includes medical, vision, dental, PTO, and a 401K plan),

along with other terrific perks including a company vehicle.

Required work experience includes:

3-5 years

of experience leading a survey team as a Crew Chief

Familiar with

Civil 3D (AutoCAD)

and feature codes.

Experienced with various surveying equipment i.e. (Robotic Total Stations, GNSS etc).

Familiarity with

topographic surveys, ALTA/NSPS land survey, construction staking, and boundary surveys .

SIT or CST certification

is a PLUS
