Blitzy enables development teams to transform six-month software projects into six-day turnarounds using Blitzy OS, an agentic platform that enables thousands of AI Agents to ‘think’ and cooperate for hours to bulk build software with precision. The platform precisely builds everything AI can deliver, typically 80% of any feature set or new product, while providing a human engineering guide listing the final 20% of tasks to get to production. About the Role We are hiring an

AI Solutions Consultant

to

engage, educate, and close prospective customers

looking to modernize their software development with AI. You will work directly with

engineering leaders, CTOs, and technical teams

at mid-market and enterprise companies to drive

customer acquisition and revenue growth

.

Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) and leadership team

to capitalize on the massive inbound demand we’re experiencing.

Beyond closing new deals, you will also

manage customer relationships post-sale

, ensuring customers successfully

expand product usage within and across teams inside their enterprise

What You’ll Do

Engage with inbound prospects

, understanding their pain points and determining how Blitzy’s AI-powered solutions fit their needs. These are typically Senior Developers, CTOs an CIOs.

Deliver compelling demos

of Blitzy’s AI-driven platform, helping technical buyers see the value.

Review Code Repositories

developed autonomously by Blitzy alongside the client's technical leadership.

For enterprise deals,

own development of the last mile development between yourself and 2 additional developers to demonstrate completed applications as a part of the sales process.

Run discovery calls

to analyze customer requirements, enterprise development workflows, and AI adoption goals.

Own and manage complex sales cycles

, from first touch through proof-of-concept (PoC) to contract negotiation and close.

Develop relationships with key stakeholders

, positioning yourself as a trusted advisor within their enterprise software development.

Manage customer relationships post-sale

, driving

adoption, expansion, and cross-team implementation

of Blitzy’s AI solutions within an enterprise.

Be a technical conduit

between our CTO, our internal AI Engineering Team, and the customers experience on the platform.

Track and optimize sales pipeline metrics

, learning from wins and losses to refine our approach.

Develop strong sales skills

, mastering the art of handling objections, closing deals, and growing revenue.

Who You Are

Master's degree

in

Computer Science, Systems Engineering, or a related technical field

.

Deep understanding of enterprise software development lifecycles

, modern engineering workflows, and software architecture.

Capable of directing

full stack contract developers who are remote.

Extremely competitive mindset

—former athletes, debaters, or anyone with a history of high achievement in competitive environments.

A desire to learn and master enterprise sales

, with the ability to

articulate complex technical concepts
