We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Construction Estimator to join our team. This entry-level role is ideal for someone eager to grow in the commercial construction industry.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in preparing accurate cost estimates for commercial construction projects
Review blueprints, specifications, and other project documents
Conduct site visits to gather relevant project data
Collaborate with senior estimators to refine project scopes and cost breakdowns
Help manage project timelines and budgets
Track and update project estimates as needed
Qualifications:
Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
Familiarity with construction materials, methods, and processes
Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with estimating software is a plus
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
