Commercial Construction Superintendent

Accentuate Staffing is working with a growing Commercial Construction Design Build firm in the South Raleigh/ Clayton area who is looking for a Construction Superintendent. Responsibilities: Scheduling of field operations, handling field change orders Preparing job site meeting minutes, maintaining a job logbook Conduct job site safety inspections and conform to OSHA regulations Light manual labor may be required at times Requirements: Must learn to use Project Management Software Ensure reputation and quality are maintained OSHA 30 training will be provided Typical week is M-F 7am until done, weekends may be required some depending on schedules and deadlines
