Job Description Order Intake Specialist – Labels & Print Location: Mogadore, Ohio (onsite) Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m. Temp to Hire or Direct Hire Opportunities Available DOE Pay Range: $25–$30/hr.

Are you ready to grow your order intake career in a fast-paced print and label manufacturing environment? This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with customers, accurately capturing detailed order information, and partnering closely with production to ensure every job runs smoothly from intake through shipment. Candidates with prior print, labels, or packaging experience will be especially successful here.

Your Experience

2+ years of customer service, order entry, or inside support experience, ideally in printing, labels, packaging, or a related manufacturing environment.

Familiarity with labels, flexographic, digital, and offset printing; variable data printing and mailing services

Previous exposure to print or label work (e.g., reading job tickets, specs, or proofs, or working with printed products).

Experience handling multiple orders, SKUs, or customer-specific requirements at once.

Comfortable using computer systems for data entry, order processing, and email communication.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a friendly, professional phone and email presence.

What You’ll Do & The Traits That Shine

Work directly with customers, sales, and production to coordinate and manage label and print orders from intake through shipment. Own each customer interaction: identify issues early, communicate clearly, and collaborate with internal teams to keep orders on track. Provide responsive phone and email support, answering questions about order status, basic product options, and next steps. Accurately enter and update customer orders, quantities, SKUs, and specifications in the internal order management/ERP system. Review purchase orders and job details to confirm accuracy before jobs move into production. Help coordinate timelines with scheduling and shipping to meet customer deadlines and special requirements. Maintain organized records of orders, changes, and customer communications with strong attention to detail.

Education & Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required; coursework or certifications in printing or customer service a plus.
