Field Sales Representative
This is a great opportunity to work with a new delivery program launching in the area. In this role, you will be responsible for recruiting local businesses to join the delivery partner program. Collaborate with a Field Manager and other local contractors to visit prospective businesses, pitch the program opportunity, qualify businesses, and guide them through the application process. You will also drive referrals through community organizations and coordinate recruitment events. This position requires travel up to 1.5 hours driving distance and offers the chance to earn commission per partner converted. Responsibilities: Visit prospective businesses door-to-door in targeted towns up to a 90-minute driving distance. Present and pitch the new program opportunity to generate interest and encourage applications. Qualify prospective businesses and guide them through the application process, managing pipeline activities in Salesforce. Support the Field Manager in planning and hosting recruitment events such as lunch and learns and town hall meetings. Work with local influencers, including chambers of commerce and economic development associations. Import Excel spreadsheets into Salesforce on a weekly basis. Essential Skills: 2+ years of experience in an outside sales environment. Field sales experience. CRM experience, particularly with Salesforce. Additional Skills & Qualifications: 1-2 years in sales and/or customer service experience. Exceptional customer service and communication skills. Professionalism and enthusiasm to work with others. High sense of urgency and attention to detail. Problem-solving abilities for field applicants. Tech-savvy with experience in multiple systems and technologies. Ability to travel up to 3 hours round-trip daily. Work Environment: Preferred locations include Perryville, MO. The position involves spending 4-5 days in the field, with the remaining time working from home. The role offers uncapped commission, reimbursement for phone bill expenses, and mileage compensation. It provides the chance to grow with a new program and develop a new territory around the delivery station. Job Type & Location: This is a Contract position based out of Ashland, MO. Pay and Benefits: The pay range for this position is $25.50 - $25.50/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
