Role Overview Role: Sales Director Location: Remote or Hybrid (Eastern US preferred) Reports to: CEO Compensation: Salary + significant performance incentives Start Date: ASAP
Mission Own and scale IDEAZ’s sales and marketing engine to deliver predictable net-new revenue, expand strategic accounts, and build a repeatable, high-performance go-to-market motion.
Primary Initial Thrusts Fully operating sales/marketing system: cadences, dashboards, handoffs, GTM documentation Productive revenue team built: Expanded sales team & Marketing Manager
Key Responsibilities
Publish/refine GTM plan (ICPs, messaging, offers)
Create tiered target account list and ABM campaigns
Own pipeline creation, qualification, forecasting, closing
Advance enterprise and direct sales opportunities
Lead sales resources and Marketing Manager
Create and maintain outbound, inbound, and forecasting playbooks
Implement pricing guardrails with Finance
Partner with Delivery for scopes and handoffs
Maintain forecasting accuracy
