Job Description A Customer Service Representative, is responsible for engaging with customers on behalf of their company. Their duties include answering phone calls or emails from customers to answer questions, participating in meetings with the customer service team to discover new communication tactics and maintaining expert knowledge about company products or services to best help customers.

Monday - Friday
Responsibilities
Respond to customer calls and emails and answer questions about products and services
Process orders and ensure they are fulfilled
Handle customer complaints or concerns
Log all contacts in our customer database system accurately
Perform general administrative tasks, such and copying and filing
Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for management
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
Outstanding phone and email etiquette
Able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
Exceptional communication skills
