We are hiring a Customer Service Representative to manage customer queries and complaints. You will also be asked to process orders, modifications, and escalate complaints across a number of communication channels. Job Type: Full-time Pay: $20.00 - $31.00 per hour Duties: Respond to customer calls and emails and answer questions about products and services Process orders and ensure they are fulfilled Handle customer complaints or concerns Log all contacts in our customer database system accurately Perform general administrative tasks, such and copying and filing Generate monthly, quarterly, and annual reports for management Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent Outstanding phone and email etiquette Able to manage multiple accounts simultaneously Exceptional communication skills Additional Information
