Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of seniors? As a Sales Coordinator, you'll be a key player in supporting our Director of Outreach & Sales to achieve and maintain full occupancy in our vibrant senior housing community. You'll provide exceptional customer service to prospective residents and their families, guiding them through the decision-making process and ensuring a seamless transition into our community. This role is based primarily within our welcoming community, where you'll have the opportunity to build meaningful relationships and make a positive impact every day. Schedule & Compensation
80 hours per two weeks Day shift Weekends as needed Aurora on France is a state-of-the-art senior community attached to Fairview Southdale Hospital in the heart of Edina, MN. Conveniently located near Hwy. 62 and France Ave., and on a bus line, Aurora offers a full continuum of care including Transitional Care, Enhanced Care, and Assisted Living/Memory Care. Managed by Ebenezer, we offer employees many benefits, beautiful walking paths for your breaks, and opportunities for growth both in the TCU and Assisted Living. Key Responsibilities
Implement the sales and marketing plan to achieve and maintain full occupancy. Follow guidelines, update materials, understand trends. Schedule tours, pre-close sales, maintain databases and reports. Manages wait list Promote positive customer relations. Provides guidance and resources to residents/tenants/families with their transition into and out of their home Guide transitions, maintain relationships, update records. Maintains database of contact records up-to-date Assists residents and their family members through the moving process Serve as a resource to senior residents/tenants and families seeking information. Prepare materials, participate in lease signings, plan events. Assume special projects as assigned. Required Qualifications
High School Diploma/GED required 1 or more years of experience required MS Office, Excel, and Word Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related major Benefit Overview
