Role Description This is a contract role for an Account Manager. The Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, managing client accounts, and ensuring clients receive outstanding service. The role involves acting as the main point of contact for clients, addressing queries and concerns, and ensuring the successful delivery of services. This is a hybrid role located in Phoenix, AZ. Our team will provide virtual, as well as, in-person field training.

Qualifications
Strong client relationship management, client servicing, and account management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a team
Knowledge in the insurance industry is a plus
Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred
