Job Description We are looking for a motivated and results‑driven Business Development Representative to join our team in Saint Louis, MO. This role is pivotal in identifying new business opportunities, fostering strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to expand our client base and promote our services.

Responsibilities

Identify, qualify, and develop new business opportunities

Conduct outbound calls and follow up on inbound leads

Schedule meetings and presentations with prospective clients

Build and maintain strong client relationships

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction

Track progress in CRM and report weekly to leadership

Attend networking events and represent the company at industry functions

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)

1+ year of experience in sales, business development, or client relations

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and time management abilities

Self‑motivated and goal‑oriented mindset

Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite
