In this role, you will be the face of our brand on various social media platforms, providing exceptional support to our users and fostering a positive community experience. You will assist German-speaking users by addressing their inquiries, resolving issues, and enhancing overall user engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Provide timely and effective support to users via social media channels in German, ensuring inquiries are addressed professionally

Engage with the community by responding to comments, messages, and reviews, creating a welcoming and supportive environment

Identify trends in user feedback and elevate issues to the relevant teams for resolution

Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to create engaging and relevant social media content

Monitor the social media landscape for ongoing trends and user sentiment to inform community strategies

Stay updated on best practices in community support and social media management

Requirements

Fluency in German (written and spoken) is essential; proficiency in English is highly desirable

Experience in customer support, particularly in a social media context, is preferred

Strong familiarity with various social media platforms and their community engagement practices

Excellent communication skills, capable of handling user inquiries with empathy and professionalism

A proactive, self-motivated attitude with the ability to work independently and in a team setting
